A Calm Steady Container for Navigating Powerful Change--Without Losing Yourself!
Â
We are living in times of rapid change, where current systems feel unstable and the future feels uncertain. Additionally, 2026 carries a transformational energy signature. A Yang Fire Horse year and a rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction at the beginning of Aries, suggest a major new beginning, a collective re-set. This can be exciting and inspiring, but it can also be unsettling. You may be noticing both personally and collectively
- heightened confusion & anxiety
- urgency without clarity
- a sense that the old ways of striving and controlling no longer work
In critical moments like these, the question is not simply what should I do?Â
but how do I meet life?
Â
This yin series was created to offer space to slow down enough to listen — to the body, the breath, and the deeper intelligence that moves through us and sense what is longing to emerge.
When we meet change from this deeper place — grounded, calm, and connected — clarity arises naturally, and the next steps reveal themselves in the right time.Â
This is not about withdrawing from the world. It is about turning toward it differently — with discernment, compassion, and trust in the wisdom that unfolds when we listen deeply.
Through long, nourishing yin practices, guided inquiry, and subtle energy awareness, we will cultivate the ability to remain inwardly connected while still engaging with the external world.Â
Together we will discover how to embody a healing intention and put it into practice in authentic and meaningful ways. This is not about forcing our will to make something happen. Rather, it's about aligning with the flow of life and allowing its creative intelligence to reveal itself through us.
Our  lives then become expressions of care, steadiness, and presence, responding to what is needed in the moment rather than reacting to anxiety or pressure.

Entering The Dreamtime:Â
Resting in the Waters Where New Worlds EmergeÂ
Â
- A Calm Container for a Powerful Threshold
Â
Â
 Session A - Weeks 1-4Â
(February 12th - March 5th/Thursday Evening at 6:45-8:00 pm PST)
Session A unfolds during an unusually potent four-week window that includes two eclipses, the start of the Yang Fire Horse year and the rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction. These energies are often felt in the body as:
- heightened emotion or sensitivity
- fatigue or nervous system overload
- anxiety or restlessness
- a sense of not knowing who or what we are becomingÂ
Rather than amplifying intensity, Session A is intentionally designed as a steady, calming container in which to meet it.
In yin yoga and Taoist wisdom, when the outer world becomes volatile, the work is not to rush or react —it is to sink, listen, and stabilize the inner waters, to meet external chaos by cultivating inner coherence.Â
This session will allow you to:Â
- slow down the system and release urgency
- listen deeply beneath conditioning and fear
- soften old identities and expectations
- dream from the body, not the mindÂ
- develop a soul-level vision without pressure or force.Â
Session A is a womb space of becoming — where something new is gathering strength in darkness, stillness, and trust, even if it cannot yet be named. In this soft container, new directions are allowed to form quietly, beneath the surface
Week 1 — (2/12/26)
Entering the DeepÂ
This opening week is about arrival. Before eclipses and thresholds activate, we pause long enough to let the body and mind soften. Through slow, nourishing practices, we create a felt sense of safety, stability & support. This week establishes the inner container that will hold everything that follows.
Week 2 — (2/19/26)
 Listening Beneath the Noise
Staying Oriented as the Field Intensifies - As the big energies of this week heighten emotions and mental activity, you will discover how to listen beneath the surface and differentiate your intuition from fear, conditioning, and collective noise. Explore how to open to the quiet intelligence of the body and the deep heart and stay centered even as the collective field becomes louder or more uncertain.Â
Week 3 — (2/26/26) Releasing the Old Story
When old structures dissolve and familiar reference points blur, yin offers a way to rest inside the not-knowing, allowing what is no longer true to fall away without force. Rather than rushing to re-form, we practice trusting the intelligence of dissolution itself — even if we don’t yet understand what comes next?
Week 4 — (3/5/26) Dreaming from the Body
This final week invites us to listen for what is emerging beneath the surface — not as a plan or goal, but as a felt sense, an image, a quiet inner yes. This week is not about action or decisions. It is about openness, inner coherence, and trusting what is quietly taking shape. It’s about asking, “ What wants to be born through me — if I allow it to form in its own time?
Emerging From the Depths:
Guiding the Dream
Into the Light
Session B - Weeks 5-8
Session B marks a gentle turning toward the outer world as the energy of the season begins to shift from deep Water toward early Wood. While the inner listening of Session A remains essential, this phase invites us to begin orienting outward without losing our inner connection to ourselves and spirit.
Rather than rushing into action or certainty, this session supports a slow, conscious emergence — one rooted in inner coherence, intuitive guidance, and care for the collective field. In yin wisdom, true service does not come from urgency or fixing, but from presence and alignment.
Session B offers space to explore:
-
how to remain inwardly connected while engaging the world
-
how to let action arise as a response to what is needed in the moment, not as a reaction to fear
- how to relax the ego's desire to force change or control the outcome & instead soften into allowing life to express itself through you.Â
- how to hold a more healed vision of the world — and allow our lives to serve that vision in small, authentic ways
This process is about showing up in our lives and in the world differently — with steadiness, compassion, and trust.
WEEK 5 — (3/12/26)
The First Stirring
This week is about noticing the earliest movement of energy as attention begins to turn gently outward again. We listen for subtle impulses that arise from inner alignment rather than obligation or urgency. The practice supports awakening curiosity about how life may want to move through us in service to something larger.
WEEK 6 - (3/19/26)Â Â
Following the Inner Thread
As energy begins to clarify, this week focuses on discerning authentic direction from conditioned reactions and maintaining connection to spirit while engaging with the outer world. Through yin practice and inquiry, we explore how an authentic “yes” feels when it arises from inner guidance rather than pressure to act or perform. The emphasis is on trust, discernment, and integrity.
WEEKÂ 7- (3/26/26)
Rooting the Emerging Self
This week explores how to support emerging directions with structures that nourish rather than constrain. We examine how boundaries, pacing, and self-care allow us to show up for the world without abandoning ourselves. The practice emphasizes sustainable engagement and service rooted in inner stability.
WEEK #8 (4/2/26)Â
Living the Dream Gently
In this closing week, we focus on integration and transition.  Rather than seeking certainty or resolution, we practice living the emerging vision with humility, patience, and care. This week invites reflection on how our presence, choices, and way of being can quietly contribute to healing — within ourselves and in the wider world.
