For so many of us, our busy lives, dominated by modern technology, have disconnected us from the rhythms and pulsations of the natural world and our own bodies. This disconnect squanders our vitality and cuts us off from our true nature. Whether we acknowledge it or not, most of us need and yearn for a RE-SET- - a day to untether ourselves from screens and break free from the incessant barrage of noise and information.
Join long-time Portland yoga teachers, Anne Witmer and Meghan Maris, for a nourishing day of yoga, community and immersion in nature at the Liminalia Retreat in Vernonia, OR.
Come spend the day nestled in the PNW woods where you will breathe in fresh air and reconnect your body and spirit to the healing medicine of the earth. Your day will include:
- Grounding Hatha & Nourishing YIn Yoga Classes
- A Delicious Mediterranean Lunch
- Sauna & steam baths
- Nature trails, garden and animals
- Thoughtful discussion & conscious community
We ourselves ARE nature and every aspect of nature holds within it divine, cosmic intelligence. Our day together will allow us to become deeply present and open to this intelligence as our minds quiet and the innate wisdom of the earth and our bodies is revealed.
